Promote Your Services:
Create a contractor profile highlighting your trade, experience, portfolio, licensing, insurance information, and other relevant details. Homeowners searching for contractors in your area can view your profile and contact you.
Browse Homeowner Projects:
Contractors can browse homeowner projects currently posted on HoyaList. Project listings may include details such as the type of work, budget, location, urgency, and whether the homeowner is ready to hire.
Connect With Homeowners:
When you find a project that fits your trade and service area, you can contact the homeowner directly through HoyaList.
Free Early Access:
HoyaList is currently free to use during our early-access period. Contractors can create a profile, browse available homeowner projects, and use currently available contractor features without a subscription fee. HoyaList may introduce paid features or subscription options in the future. If that happens, pricing and applicable terms will be clearly disclosed before any charge is made.
